PS4 screen going blue or black

I swapped my PS4 to my old tv which I previously played it on from my newer TV that I’ve been playing it on. When I turn the PS4 on the screen comes on but then just before the logo the tv screen either goes blue or black. There is no signal lost message. I can get it in to safe mode but once out of safe mode it remains the same. I’ve tried lots of ideas online but can’t find one for this specific problem.

I know the PS4 is working as it works fine on my newer tv and like I said above I previously played it on this tv. There is nothing wrong with the HDMI cable either as I’ve tried a few off them and the same problem happens. Does any one have an idea of how to fix this issue?
