I know when you damage the flex cable for the earpiece it will say face id not able to be activeded but now when i try to setup face id i put my face in the camera and it says face not detected any help?

Well did you damage the flex cable? If you did well then that’s why it’s not working. But if you didn’t damage it, open it back up and adjust the camera assembly. Sometimes it can slide down towards the battery and then it can’t get an accurate reading.

I do not see any damage on the flex cable I will try to adjust the camera later today.
