need help with replacing 1tb hdd for 1tb ssd

So i continue to get this error and i literally can not figure out why. Aswell as when its done it usally turns the files into RAW . This is insanely frustrating after watching how simple it is to do. Ive repaired/formatted the ssd and have tried it a few times with the same exact results. I just want to replace the hdd so the xbox wont crash. Even if i can do it without copying i would be estatic. Unfortunately when i try it that way it does the same thing.

I just want to be able to create the boot system etc for my xbox one x all my data is saved on a 4tb external but obviously your not able to move some of it to that so i need to replace the internal one.
