recover bios using crisis mode

my lenovo y50-70 has a bios issue and won’t start up so i’m trying to reflash the bios using crisis mode but it isn’t working. the fans turn on high but it acts like it won’t read the usb with the bios file on it and never beeps. what is the correct name for the bios file so it can be named accordingly? i hope to get this working since i spent a good chunk of change buying it
