My washer will not complete cycle

My washing machine stopped completing any cycle. It gets to rinse and starts blinking. I calibrated the machine, checked for error codes and determined that the lid lock may need to be replaced. I purchased a new lid lock and installed it, but the machine is still not engaging the lock.

The lock does work when I run the automatic test mode or calibrate. It just will not activate when I am trying to use the machine regularly.

The washer is also not agitating, but I’ve read that it will not agitate unless the lid is locked so I’ve chalked it up to that.

I’m stumped as far as what to do next.
