WP Cabrio had off balance load now won’t do anything

My washer was in a constant rinse cycle attempting to balance the load. I paused the machine and removed 2 of the three pieces (Qn size sheets) opting to let it finish with a single piece then just spin them out separately since they washed fine. I redistributed the single remaining sheet inside the tub, closed the lid and washer was flashing E3 F5, which I assume due to the lid wouldn’t lock. Since washer wouldn’t do anything else I turned power off and washer drained. After draining display appeared normal but wouldn’t allow me to select a cycle. I attempted to let it run a cycle in whichever cycle had displayed and it wouldn’t let me do that either. No reaction to touch. I reset washer twice by unplugging, last time leaving unplugged over an hour before reconnecting to power. Any suggestions?
