Why won't my 'm' key work?
Everything else on the label maker works fine just not the m. Can I fix it?

I had the same problem with my PT 1010. I noticed, that on the backside of the PCB some wires were taped down near a solder joint and after removing the tape I found a broken trace beneath it. Bridging that trace solved the issue.
