I have an iMac 21.5inch late 2015 8 GB of RAM.
The 8 GB of RAM is I believed soldered in, can it be changed and upgraded to 16 GB or higher.

Sadly this series has solder RAM so you can’t upgrade the RAM chips
Your only option is to replace the logic board which has more RAM installed which is quite expensive!
