Let’s try to fix what you have as you can’t replace the WiFi chip, sorry ;-{ You’ll need to replace the full logic board as the chip is a custom Apple chip which is not available! The dark Blue chip is the combo WiFi/Bluetooth chip
Even if you could get your hands on the chip you would need some very special equipment to remove the old one and mount the replacement BGA Rework Station Repair Heating Infrared Reballing Machine
So can you explain more fully what appears to be the problem as maybe we can correct the problem or find an alternative solution.

Are you asking about the AirPort WiFi services? And what are reasons.

On the 2012 MacBook I know that there’s a WiFi card that is user replaceable. But on the 2016 it’s soldered on right? My WiFi card is broken on my 2016 MacBook Pro and I’m wondering if I can replace it. If I can remove the old one and solder on a new one.
