Unable to connect USB MTP//three dots ⋮ in Storage and USB not there.

Hey guys, first time here.

My problem is that I’ve had this Motorola Moto G3 for awhile now. Couple of months ago, GPlay Services stopped working.

I managed to use it like that for the time being but then got really annoying so I did a factory reset and began from scratch.

Problem is now I can’t seem to use the MTP options (or any option but the “Charge Only” one) My pc won’t read the phone when connected… (I’ve downloaded a shitton of drivers from different safe sources trying to get it to work, but the PC still won’t display the phone in the Device Manager)

(Also, I’m not sure if it’s related but I can’t seem to copy files from the Downloads folder into any other internal folder -i.e. Ringtones/Notifications. It will allow me to explore internal files from the Storage options menu but whenever I try to copy anything, the only folder available is Downloads or GDrive)

Additional Info: When GPlay Services first stopped working months ago, the phone was still unable to connect to the PC. I asumed it was sometype of Malware or something like that, but after Factory Reset still nothing.

I’ve tried at least 3 different cables so far and there doesn’t seem to be difference between one another regarding the functionality/connectivity)

What I’m really concerned about is that the ⋮ symbol that should be on the top right corner of Storage and USB is gone and I have no way to access that configuration menu. Developer Options have been enabled, as well as the USB Debbuging option. Still nothing.)

Help me, Guys, please, you’re my only hope! (sorry for any grammar/typo mistakes, ENG is not my native language)
