No start no crank no obd2

Quick back story. Drove out of yard it stalled around the corner. Shifter to neutral, it started while rolling. Made it down the street, stalled again, had to pull over since it wouldn't start only crank. Got out check cables, fluid, everything seemed alright, got in started no problem went home and drov another vehicle.

Few days later I turn it on no problem, let it idle a bit no problem. Drive 15 min somewhere still good. On way home decided to turn on ac. Minute or so later it stalled. Weird thing is I lost engine then 20ish seconds later power streering. Pull into parking lot, and it wouldn't even turn over. Got out checked everything again, then it started and stalled out twice in a row. Third time I was heavy on gas for 5 sec or so and then it ran good. Made sure ac was off and it drove home no problem.

Now it won't even start or crank. All I hear is a click on crank from accessory relay when I crank and one from it and wiper when I go back to on position. Then I were some kind of humming, can't tell if from under dash or IPM fuse box.

I've swapped relays and all checked fuses. Battery was low but charged and tested good. I took of ignition switch changed nothing. Power goes through starter relay. I tried to jump starter with wire I got a spark but that's even with it off so I don't know if I did it right, I'd prefer not to take it off it there is other easier things to check. Also, due to when turning off ac it started the problems so could a bad alternator stop the van from running?

So update, not good unfortunately. Not seized, new starter it was done, new alternator just in case got the 160 which is what it had, we can get it to turn over if we bypass the starter, there is power going through. One thing my bro in law who came to help is that it's not showing what gear it's in. As in there is no green square around the gear and it shifts too easy. Also when the key was on I unplugged the transmission sensor to test if the odb reader would connect, which it didn't, and when I plugged it back in the accessory relay went crazy with the key on. Changed relay its still good. Will try more stuff and update when possible


Sounds like what happened to me (2001 GC 3.8l) I changed the crank position sensor, and worked like a champ

Did you check the oil level? Check the engine and see if you can manually turn it over with a pry bar and a socket on the crankshaft pulley and sure the engine isn't seized.
