I am attempting to repair a Ipad 6th gen Wifi. The screen is not responding to touch. so my first thought was the digitizer is messed up so i replaced it still no luck any ideas ?

Look next to the connections and see if you have any resistors, diodes that are knocked off or burned. Question, did you disconnect the battery while you unhooked the lcd and digitizer? You should also check if you have any damaged pins on the connectors. You should also try cleaning them with a qtip and alcohol and a soft brush.
Is the original on completely shattered? And did you disconnect the battery before taking off the lcd and digitizer?

Where would i look to see if any resistors/ diodes have been knocked off? the pins do not looked damaged i see no bends, folds or signs of erosion.
