Hi, I have 2 iPhone X’s and My first one has a broken screen/ LCD with black spots already (its the one that I’m using). And my second iPhone X is Icloud locked, but the screen is working fine. I would like to put the working screen of the 2nd iPhone into my 1st iPhone . should I swap everything including the cameras? and should I reprogram the display? or should I just switch it instantly? Thank you

You only need to swap the display assembly between the devices. In order to maintain FaceID, you’ll need to keep the corresponding ear speaker assemblies with their original devices as they are tied to the specific board. Keep the ear speaker for the icloud locked board to that device and keep the ear speaker to the one you use. You’ll lose truetone unless you have the tool to copy the serial number but keep in mind you don’t need any tools to program the transferred display.
