iFixit Battery low capacity and dropping to 6% after a few cycles.

Hello everyone,

I already wrote them a ticket but got no reply so far which frustrates me.

I bought a MacBook pro early 2015 from eBay with a brand new iFixit battery.

I noticed quickly that the battery is draining way to quickly and that the capacity was from the beginning at about 80-90% only.

The seller told me he calibrated the battery according to your guidelines. I tried the calibration by myself again and wasn’t able to notice any changes.

The battery has only 14 cycles and is only in condition good (83,2%) how is this possible?
