Hello, my thermomix still shows error C142. After turning on and attempting to turn on the speed, you can hear the engine trying to move its arms and error C142 appears.

Hi. Did you repair it by yourself? I know how to open the TM5, but not how to repair this motor
The plastic 9 teeth gear attached to the arm control motor is damaged, I can't find that spare part anywhere.

same C142 error
First I thought it was the cover sensor but it was in fact the gear on the locking system motor.
I changed it with a new one in brass and the TM5 is working well again .
probel fixed !
