Battery question! Please help!

So I’m having some issues with my MacBook battery…..It’s stuck at 0% and won’t charge at all. As soon as the charger is unplugged my Mac shuts off. It’s also running slow at times mainly start up. Anyways I was checking my battery information or whatever under system information…and this is what it reads me….can anyone tell me if this is good or bad?

I mean obviously it’s not good…but can you tell me what it may mean? Thanks!

What is the color of the MagSafe chargers LED? Amber or Green or not on at all.

Give this a shot. Unplug the mag-safe, unplug the battery. Press and hold the power on button for ten seconds. Reconnect the battery, reconnect the mag-safe. You should get a spontaneous reboot.

All information about the battery seems to be 0 or “no“, so it looks like the computer dosnt’t find the battery or that it’s dead.

So thinking of that the computer works when the charger is plugged in, it’s most likely a completely dead battery.

The only thing I can think of right now is that you need to get a new battery and that should solve your problem, but I can’t guarantee that it will work with a new one.
