Replacing iPhone SE screen with iPhone 5S screen?

A friend has a functioning iPhone SE with a cracked screen glass, and a non-functioning iPhone 5S with a good-condition screen.

Is it possible to replace an iPhone SE’s screen with the screen of a 5S? Are there any considerations to keep in mind?
