not set brightness LCD

I changed the LCD only. The brightness setting does not work.

only ON or OFF, no brightness adjustment.

Do you know where the error is?

I’m thinking the cable may have been damaged. Multiple pins carry the backlight power. Otherwise the logic board backlight control has an issue.

Why did you replace the display? If this was a liquid damaged system the connectors or cable could be corroded as well.
