I need to replace my palm-rest on my xps and these screws are my problem. I bought the essential toolkit from ifixit but none of the tips included in the kit seem to work. What screwdriver do i need to take these out?

Well it is a Phillips bit but there nothing to give us a perspective on what size bit it is. My best guess would be a #00 Phillips. That bit is also used for the bottom case screws.
