My tablet has 100% battery i let it go flat and recharged it to see if that helps but it just keeps getting frozen at the loading black screen with samsung on it.
Have also tried rebooting it with the volume down and power button which testarts it but gets stuck at exactly the same place numerous times.

This could be a software problem. Try a factory data reset by following these steps:

It doesn't bring up option to do a data reset so still stuck
