I have lost the sound from my system. It is about 12 years old.
My system has lost the sound component. It was coming on and then the sound would shut off. Now it will not come on at all. What could it be?

@railguy confirm that your system is a Home Audio Receiver Denon AVR391
What have you checked? When you say that it "Now it will not come on at all" does that mean you have power going to it? Any sign of life?
