2008 Kia Sorento won’t start or nothing in the inside wont come on

The lights and the horn are located on what is referred to as the battery buss, everything else is energized after the key is turned on. Can you also verify if the emergency flashers are working, do you have a clock that you can pull out and your radio that can be pulled out. Can you gain access to the computer also. All of these items have power from the battery at all times.

The first serious place I would test is the ignition switch, when you insert the key and turn it one click you should get power to the accessories such as the radio and clock BUT the radio and clock need power all the time to hold the internal memory. If other items do not have battery power at all times then that will narrow down your diagnosis path.

I would check your relay in the fuse box under the hood
