Can I add different rams
My iMac has 2 2gigs of ram if there is a 2 gb ram can i add 4 gb rams or does it have to be all 2s or 4s. can i add random rams like 2 gb and 4gbs to make it easier .

You have four RAM slots. You can mix them as long as they are all PC3-10600 DDR3 1333 MHz. Try to make sure they are certified for Macs.
