It turns on but doesn’t boot up it stay on the black screen

You may first try increasing the screen’s brightness. If this doesn’t help, then try attaching the laptop to a working external monitor via a cable. If the external monitor works, then use it to go to Device Manager and uninstall and reinstall the video drivers. If your original screen stays black, then you have isolated the problem to the LCD panel assembly. Replace the LCD assembly in this case, but please know that the repairs may cost more than the laptop itself.

If both screens are black, then there may be more than one problem - a bad motherboard, a bad video controller, or both. In this case , I would definitely buy a new laptop.

Reinstalling the OS may be an option if you can boot into BIOS and the the BIOS screen displays.
