Hi
Recently while changing my speaker for my late 2011 13” MacBook Pro. While reassembling back the cable, I accidentally broke one metal strip of the keyboard ribbon hub. Most of the keyboard alphabet is not responding. How can I fix it?

Ouch! This is not an easy job. You will need to replace the connector as yours is to far damaged to fix. you’ll need to find someone with the needed equipment to desolder your damaged connector and have access to a replacement from a junker board. Do you have anyone near you who has a rework station to fix logic boards? And has the needed skills and parts? Otherwise its time for a new logic board.

Will try to look around to find the experts . Wondering how much would it cost to get a new logic board ?
Depending on which processor you get it can range from around $200 to $350 USD used. There are a lot of people who prefer this series so they tend to be on the expensive side as the availability and market pressure keeps them high.
