A query about my dead microphone issue

Hi,

So couple of weeks back my OG Pixel XL's microphone gave up. Callers on the receiving end couldn't hear my voice. I realised I have just fallen victim to the infamous microphone issue which widely affected the OG Pixels. I am not in the US, so I called Google support and they arranged a pick up of my phone and today they emailed me their repair charge quotation, which is the following- https://i.imgur.com/ebIVm60.png

Now what I mainly want to know, those parts they say they need to replace in the chart, mainly the top one anyway, is it the same part causing the known and infamous microphone issue on the OG Pixels? Or is my issue something different? Because quite simply I will not pay a single dime for the same microphone issue which was caused by some manufacturing problem (weak soldering or whatever leading to a crack), but if my issue is something different, then I might consider paying the quoted repair charge.
