My voyager tablet isnt taking charge and wont leave fastboot mode.

hi my voyager tablet wont take charge and wont leave the fastboot mode. i’ve tried to factory and hard reset but it still wont load. can someone assist me with this problem. ive only had my tablet for 3 mnths.
