Stuck on Switch Logo

Hello,

Bought a Switch that stuck on Switch Logo.

Flashed a new Firmware but same issue. The switch charge normely. But the Fan never spin. This is my first Switch so I didnt know if the Fan Start to spin if it Power on or when it is booted up completly.

Maybe it is a Hardware problem. Someone have the same issue and did fix it?
