Sony Bravia TV - Flickering Black Shades and Lines - KDL-46W4100

I have a Sony TV that suddenly developed black shades and lines on mostly the bottom half of the TV a few months ago. I opened up the back but couldn’t really see anything super obvious.

I’ve read some other posts that talks about bad capacitors, T Con boards, etc, but if someone could have a look and chime in that’ll be great
