Why does my Mac keep jumping to Launchpad when typing
Does anybody know how to resolve a issue that makes the Mac jump while typing, the mac goes to Launchpad and flickers back and fro

Be sure that the launchpad button is not stuck down and that there is nothing under the keycap. Pop the keycap carefully off if you need to remove something stuck under the key.
If the key is not stuck down nor is there anything under the key it may be a software issue. Make a Time Machine backup and try a clean install of macOS.
If the problem STIll persists after all of that, you may need a new keyboard.
