Sounds like your microphone board went kaput. Replacing it should help.

As this problem occur sometimes in Echo devices. To make this working try these things on your echo device:
- Reset/Reboot your Echo
- Disable the mic of an Echo by pushing the mic on/off button on the top of your echo device
# Check might be Echo is updating

My echo can hear me but when I go into other rooms they can’t hear me when I drop in on somebody that can’t hear me does anybody know how to fix this
