Can you change keyboard layout?

Hi! I am currently looking for answers regarding a top-case change. I am using the Norwegian layout, and i need a new top case. The closest match i have found yet, is a Swedish one. This is a set containing top case and keyboard, as i do not want to change it with my currently norwegian one (too difficult for me i guess). I am wondering if there are any way to change the layout so when i type the swedish keys, norwegian letters and symbols shows up? or is the symbols etc integrated in the keyboard?

This might be a badly formulated question, so if you dont understand, please ask!
