Big Mistake! over voltage to power port

I have a power bank with an adjustable power output.  I accidentally hooked it to the SP4 while set at 24v.  Tablet will no longer charge or run connected to external power.  It ran for a while until the battery eventually drained, now I only get the low battery screen.

When I plug in the original power cable, the light does come on.

Do you think I cooked the power port or is it something more serious?  What do you think are my chances of replacement of the power port solving my issue?
