My screen has lines on it and is disfigured please help

Some parts of it work but it's got a red tint to white things and is disfigured please help me fix it

Are you able to provide a clearer picture? It looks like the photo was taken with the lights turned off.
Most likely the screen is damaged and needs to be replaced. That includes the glass and the LCD display.
