I am wondering how you can remove iCloud lock. Without the person iCloud password. I’m not a person who steals iPhones. The reason is because there’s OfferUp, Ebay, other sources that sell some iPhones for 50 dollars. Or people do services like removing it. If not it’s fine.

iCloud is designed is such a way you can’t get in without the person who’s iCloud account was used to unlock it and release it.
There lots of offers to free your iPhone or iPad from an iCloud lock They are all scams! The only thing they do is allow you to access the emgerancy phone function and thats it! no better than a first generation of a flip phone!
Save your money don’t buy the phone and don’t pay to get it unlocked. You’re better off getting a pay as you go contract.

if the phone is iCloud locked, then you really can't remove it... Apple designed this as a theft deterrent.. and it really works..
as mentioned above there are companies that will take your money and get you access to the emergency phone-calling functions.. but it will not be full iphone functionality.
if you have a broken iphone that is not locked, you might be able to use components from this new locked phone to repair the unlocked one...
I recommend not buying icloud locked anything...
