Torch flashlight widget missing, LG V 20 Android 7.0 (March 1, 2018)

Verizon LG V20 Android 7.0 with March 1, 2018 update

I cannot find the Torch widget that uses the camera flash as a flashlight.

I access the widgets selection area by pressing an empty spot on the home screen, and I see various widgets, but no Torch or Flashlight widget.

However, if on the phone I enter 'flashlight' in the Google search bar, I get a setting button to turn the flashlight on or off, so I think the feature is somewhere in the phone. I just can't find it.
