Why is my printer not printing from the wireless computer commands

Could be several things. First, I would verify that the computer and printer are connected to the same wireless network, then, print a configuration page directly from the printer panel. Verify the IP address is the same as the one in your printer icon in the computer printing settings (on computer). If different, add the new ip address to the printer icon, print test page. You have to so this again, if you don't make you ip on the printer static.

Using the onboard display, go to Wireless. Somewhere you should be able to print a Diagnostics page. This should tell you if your Radio (more commonly known as Wi-Fi) is turned on and is working. As of April 2020, it said that my Radio was not working and I found out many of the cards were defective.
