Device similarity of Asus N551JQ and Asus N550JA
Is this model sufficiently similar to the N550JA to use these instructions for work on my N550JA? No instructions are listed for my model.
I started a Windows 8.5 update which will not complete. Asus tech supports suggests replacing hard drive and loading a fresh copy of Windows 10 as the only solution. I would like help with that work.

When you say windows 8.5 i think you mean 8.1 you may be talking about where when updating its stuck at 82% and wont go any higher. If thats the case this may help https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/wind...
