Bluetooth problem Apple Watch Sport

Hello,

I have an Apple Watch Sport, it fell to street, and after that it seems bluetooth range is very short. Just few meters.Is the bluetooth is repairable ? Use iPhone X, newest iOS (11.3)and watchOS (4.3)
