hello guys i have iphone 5 and its work fine but if i use my phone while charging it got slow and screen become unresponsive ? why is that and what will be the possible solution ? i did factory resetting etc nothing works thanks

Always remember, before any repair, be sure to make sure it isnt a software bug, and factory reset your phone.
id suggest starting with a battery replacement. be sure to get a certified 0 cycle battery, because after 400 cycles, iphone software purposefully throttles the phone.
if that doesnt fix it, moving to a charge port replacement, seeing if that fixes your issue, would be the second step in the diagnosis.
after the above has been attempted, you can likely find that it is a mobo failure.

Apple announced a while ago that it had released software designed to slow your older phones down to 'preserve' the battery life. You might want to check that out.

it works fine excep while charging and this issue is older
