No problems to date with printing or photocopying . This morning turned on to photocopy but it didn't work. Message now reads "printer error. Turn power off and on again" every time I switch it on. Help!

Check the cd tray flap is all the way in....Secondly use the USB port that you first used when you installed the printer....otherwise the computer may not recognise it....if you find front USB ports are not always responding to connections..consider using the rear USB ports as these connect directly to maotherboard and are more reliable.
