Help Me Diagnose my AEG Tumble Dryer [w/ videos]

Got an AEG T57810 Lavatherm condenser tumble dryer that started making a pronounced high-pitched noise during operation. Having some trouble diagnosing exactly which part it is that needs some TLC/replacement. Here's a video with the side-panel off:

Was hoping that someone could point me in the right direction for which part I need to replace. Will be able to carry out the repair myself.
