Orion TV 94400 LCD Stuck in Color Testing Pattern

Brand:Orion(not LG but there is no Orion in option)

Model:94400

Problem:

Tv is stuck in color test pattern loop.Testing red,green,blue,white and black.

Is there any way to get out of this testing?

Any ideas....?
