iMac does not turn on and beeps 5 Times

My early 2009 20” iMac will not turn on. When I press the power button it beeps 5 times. Please help.

I counted again....it was only 4. How do I fix this. I don’t know anything about computers. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

5 beeps = Bad checksum for the ROM boot block

Good catch @mayer !

4 beeps = no good boot images in the boot ROM (and/or bad sys config block)
