I'm having a hard time finding a LCD for my son's Tab E Lite 7" (SM-T113). I'm mostly coming up with results for the Tab 3 Lite, which looks like it has the same model number. Does anyone know if the LCDs are interchangeable?

Most part retailers wont sell parts for devices under 100$ in cost, because they are meant for techniciants to get a hold of parts, and charge for labor. most labor costs put the repair over the cost of the device.
your only real bet, is ordering off of Ebay and sources like them. below is an "Aliexpress" listing for your LCD
