Why does my screen have white and blue lines on it?

I replaced the DMD chip and now I am getting a thick white line going across my screen about a quarter of the way down from the top. As well as two blue lines, thick but not as thick traveling the same way as well. These blue lines may just be blue from the background and white on a different input but they also have tiny vertical lines inside of them all the way across the screen as well.
