New (Airtel) Sim not getting detected in my smartphone.

My smartphone LeEco Le Max 2 is working fine with both my existing SIM cards but it is not detecting my new SIM card. And when I put that new SIM card in a 2G phone, I get the signal and can make calls. But if I again put the same new SIM card back in my smartphone, then it doesn't get detected.
