Why is my phone not turning on?
So, I basically pressed the software update on my phone from Samsung, my phone is sprint by the way and I pressed install now, so it restarted I guess, but now it just stays on this screen I tried all methods and none work. The screen just says the serial number, information about the phone, Samsung Galaxy S8 and android. It does go to Download mode and Upload mode, but nothing else is working. Can somebody please help me. Thank You.
