When the phone is powered off , I'm pressing the home button , and it shows up 1 GREEN POINT instead of 3 , and he is charging so hard , I think I'm using the original power adaptor , PLEASE HELP ME !

Sometimes it's just the Samsung Type-C cable just worn out. Try another one. Doesn't have to be the original samsung cable any decent micro USB cable will do the job.
It can also be lint inside the charging port but this is highly unlikely if it's a new phone. If you don't see gunk inside the charging port and the pins don't look blocked and a not worn out cable plugs in fully and is firm (doesn't wiggle) then I hope it is not a worn out charging port.

Yes I have original charger but showing battery slowly charging?
My mobile shows the notification it's not properly connected cable but I'm tried different cables but same reason
Mine still the same.......
The phone said:
"Make sure charger is properly connected . Use charger that came with device."
try to swipe down select your settings scoll almost to the bottem untill you can select battery in the options there you should be able to turn fast charging on and off

Please add screen shots for the location of the fast charging option in A5 2017. I could not find it.
same here. no option for fast charging on / off and tho phone comes back with NO INFORMATION when i type "fast charging" in the search box in the Settings menu
I had the sam broblem untel i change the phone socket for charger

Hi! I am also facing the problem . My Gaaxy a5 2017 was no having fast charging after i got this latest os update. Power cable and adapter are fine they supply fast charging to other devices not for this a520f
Changing the socket did not help me.

Hey i had the same problem, ordered a kit of a different website as ifixit did not offer one. Installed myself and now works like new.
The part i ordered was called Samsung Galaxy A5 Dock Connector Charging Port Headphone Jack A510F × 1

Note the phone is 2.5 years old and my port had worn out.

That very slow charging when I put on charging
Many of c type cable I used but nothing solved the problem

Just did new samsung update last night, now this morning fast charge not detecting at all, the option is there for fast charge but when I plug in there's no notification that it's running
