dropped into water , the mic and speaker and camera don't work

@heshama99 you are not giving us enough information about the water damage. you did not tell us what you did after your phone got submerged. I do hope that you at least performed a basic cleaning. If not then there is a chance you have either corrosion damage or shortened out some IC's/components.

the first thing before you continue with exchanging part is to clean this board. Use these guides to get into your phone. Once you have your circuitboard removed use this guide to clean your phone. It was written for an iPhone but all the steps are still pertinent to your phone as well. You must remove all EMI shields to clean it properly. While you so that check your board for any missing or damaged looking component. Once it is properly cleaned reassemble it and ultimately you will also have to change the battery since it will eventually fail from the water damage. Now after you properly cleaned your phone, you can do a proper troubleshooting.

Since a replacement of the failed components is not changing anything, it stands to reason the the damage is on the motherboard itself.
